At Clarence House the Society offers community living where residents can live independently and safely. Each resident’s flat is private and self-contained and includes an entrance lobby, lounge area, bedroom with en-suite facilities and kitchenette. Studio flats are also available. Access to each flat is by key only.
Our aim is to respect each resident’s privacy and independence but to take away the worry of responsibility for household bills and management.
Residents must be willing and able to integrate into the Clarence House community.
Our Services
We offer 34 independent living flats with the benefit of community living with a visitors’ guest room, communal dining plus much more. Our fees include all main utility bills and a 3 course meal every day.
With dedication to cost-effective independent living with a community feel, we strive to exceed expectations and become the choice for individuals and couples wishing to reduce the burden of owning a property.
