Two immaculate Studio Flats and a One Bedroom Flat are available for immediate occupation.  

Studio 1 is situated on the Ground Floor with a bay window with views of Clarence Park and has a Wet Room.  

Studio 11 is situated on First Floor, which can be accessed by lifts and stairs and has a Hall with Built in Fitted Wardrobes and walk in Shower. 

Flat 9 is situated on First Floor up a couple of steps and has separate lounge with fitted cupboard, bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with wet room, small kitchen and hallway with fitted cupboard. Views of Clarence Park.

What's Living at Clarence House Like?

Clarence House is ideal for someone over 60 who is still able to live independently, but who wants to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle, in a community environment.  They can take things easy as the majority of bills are included in their monthly payment and any housing maintenance issues are taken care of.  They know there is always company available but at the same time they can enjoy the peace of their own flat if that is what they want.

Then there is the reassurance of knowing there is a member of staff on the premises between 8am and 10pm.  Outside those hours if there is an emergency, they know someone properly trained and locally based will be with them promptly to give whatever assistance might be needed.
Every day our residents enjoy a wholesome three-course main meal at lunch time, freshly prepared by our Chefs John, Debbie and their team and served in our communal dining room.
There is a lovely communal lounge and conservatory area and well maintained garden.

Clarence House is wonderfully situated opposite Clarence Park and 200 meters from the sea front.  There are a range of local shops including a Tesco Local and a Co-op Local 50 meters away.
