Clarence House

• Clarence House has a team of wardens who provide 24-hour support on site

• We provide a 3 course lunchtime meal for our residents

• We endeavour to provide the highest possible standard of sheltered accomodation, whilst ensuring that the rents remain competive and affordable.

• Each flat is self-contained with either a bedroom and sitting room or bed/sitting room, together with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen

• We have two flats with bedrooms suitable for double occupancy

• There is a communal lounge, a conservatory and a well kept garden and patio area

• Residents can access the Internet through computers that are provided

• There is an on-site hairdressing facility

Additional Services

• Our dedicated team of domestic staff can provide additional services covering cleaning, laundry and shopping at a small additional cost (currently £7.50 ph as at Oct 2010 - please check with the Scheme Manager for our current pricing)
