Locking Deanery Housing Association is a not-for-profit organisation so all our profits are invested back into improving care for our residents and developing the Society further.
Rental Costs
At time of writing (Oct 2010), our current rental cost for a one-bedroom flat is £1,066 per month. In normal circumstances this is changed annually. Please contact our chief executive or scheme manager for current rates. This charge includes includes:-

Additional Services Costs
If required our team of domestic staff can carry out shopping, laundry and cleaning services for our residents. The charge for these services at time of writing (Oct 2010) is £7.50 per hour. Please contact out Chief Executive or Scheme Manager for current rates.
